Buddybears Friends Club
Ages: 5-7 years
Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists will help children, who communicate well but need support with social skills, make friends in a fun environment. Children will practice social interactions, listening, turn-taking, and conversation. Activities include group games, fitness, art projects and music.

Chatterbugs
Ages: 4-7 years
A program for children who love to talk but have difficulty producing certain speech sounds. Speech-Language Pathologists will focus on clear speech using games, crafts and physical activities. We will attend to each child’s individual speech goals and focus on fun! An after-camp learning session will be offered to parents.

Fee-for-Service Assessment & Therapy
Stuck on a waiting list? Not sure where to access Speech-Language, Occupational and/or Physical Therapy services for your child? Renfrew Educational Services offers fee-for-service assessment and therapy for preschool and school-aged children.

Fun With Reading & Writing
Ages: 5-10 years
This program may also be offered at our Sundance Centre location (75 Sunpark Dr SE)
if there is enough interest.
This program is designed to develop reading and writing skills through exciting and creative activities. Children will have opportunities to learn in a supportive and interactive environment that is personalized to their individual needs. Children must be able to manage within a 1-3 staff/child ratio.

Imagination Station (Respite)
Ages: 3-12 years
This program offers children a fun-filled half-day camp that provides families and caregivers with a much-needed break. Your child will make new friends, try new things and learn problem solving through play, music, art and physical activities. Therapists and classroom staff provide an environment that is both fun and safe.
Register for the entire 7 weeks or choose the weeks that you want.

Living it Up
Ages: 8-15 years
This life-skills program will focus on personal growth, friendship and fun. Dynamic Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists will guide the children through fitness, cooking activities and games. The children will learn problem solving, communication and reasoning skills.

Movers and Shakers
Ages: 3-5 years
Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists will use music, movement and crafts to encourage social participation and communication. This fun program is suitable for non-verbal and minimally-verbal children. Activities will be individualized to each child’s needs.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Ready, Set, Go!
Ages: 3-5 years
This program will take place at our Sundance Centre location (75 Sunpark Dr SE).
Starting school can be difficult, so help your child to get a head start with this innovative program designed to prepare children for Kindergarten. Early academic skills will be strengthened through fun activities. Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists will provide ideas for home practice.
